Kanban - With an ongoing contract secured in 2008, we purpose built a dedicated kanban storage area.
Consignment Stock - To keep parts as competitively priced as possible larger than necessary batch sizes are run, & then invoiced when the customer uses them.
Design/prototypes - One of our main customers has never supplied any drawings to us, just ideas & concepts. We have then developed prototypes in partnership, with C&K producing the drawings. 85% of the products have resulted in ongoing repeat orders.
